We train people who turn messy stakeholder input into decisions delivery teams can trust—without pretending analysis is a spreadsheet ritual.
Why we exist
Central Vietnam’s product and operations teams often promote strong builders into analysis work without giving them a practice space. Portalcove fills that gap with small cohorts, critique-heavy studios, and mentorship that stays close to live cases.
We work from 15 Huyen Tran Cong Chua Street in Hue City, and we run hybrid sessions when travel is impractical. Training stays in English for regional teams who collaborate across borders.
How we teach
Every offering pairs instruction with rehearsal: interviews, requirement rewrites, process exceptions, and decision briefs. Peers challenge each other; instructors annotate the hard moments. Certificates are secondary to whether a participant can defend a recommendation under pressure.
