Contact forms may include your name, email, organization, selected training interest, and message. Enrollment may add billing details, dietary or accessibility notes you choose to share, and attendance records. Server logs may include IP address and basic device information for security.

Purposes

We use data to answer inquiries, schedule seats, deliver training, issue invoices, improve curriculum, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Vietnam.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer relationship continues. Enrollment and invoice records are retained as required by applicable accounting rules, typically up to five years. Cookie preference storage follows our cookie policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with payment processors, email providers, or venue partners strictly as needed to run an engagement. International transfers, if any, are limited to tools that support our operations and are protected by appropriate contractual measures.

Your rights

Children

Our training is aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
