These terms apply to portalcove.click and to training engagements delivered by Portalcove in Vietnam.
Acceptance
By using this website or booking training, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Services described
Pages describe tech analysis training offerings for informational purposes. A separate written confirmation or invoice defines the scope, dates, fees, and deliverables for any paid engagement.
Intellectual property
Portalcove retains ownership of curriculum materials, templates, and facilitation methods. Participants receive a personal or team license to use materials provided for their internal work. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of curriculum files requires written permission.
Participant conduct
We expect respectful participation in cohorts and studios. We may remove a participant who disrupts sessions or shares confidential peer cases outside the group. Removal for misconduct does not create an automatic refund right beyond what the refund policy allows.
Liability
Training improves skills; it does not guarantee employment outcomes, project success, or regulatory compliance. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Portalcove’s liability for any claim related to training is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Hue City unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
